Free Listing Shoot Offer
We’re currently building our portfolio and offering a limited number of free listing shoots for new construction properties. Because we’re still refining our process, results are not guaranteed but we will give every project our full effort and professionalism.
Conditions
- Property Type: Must be new residential construction (recently completed or nearly complete).
- Location: Must be within 30 miles of Murfreesboro.
- Access: The property must be clean, staged, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
- Scheduling: Sessions will be booked based on availability; weather delays may apply.
- Usage: Images may be used in my marketing portfolio (website and social media).
- Delivery: Edited photos will be provided within 3–5 business days via an online gallery.
- Scope: Includes standard MLS photo coverage only (no drone, video, or twilight unless agreed in advance).
- Limit: Offer valid for one property per client, while spots remain available.
