Hourly Rate

Our standard hourly rate model is simple: you only pay for the time we spend capturing and editing. No inflated bundles, no hidden extras. This makes professional real estate media affordable and flexible. 

Examples of what we can do by the hour:

• 1 hour – Video for social, drone photography/videos and coaching
• 2 hours – Longer form videos and edits
• 3+ hours – Virtual Tours, video motion graphics and enhanced videos

Monthly Retainers

If you’re consistently listing homes or running multiple projects, a monthly retainer is the most efficient choice. You get a set number of hours each month at a preferred rate, along with priority scheduling.

Options include:

• Starter Retainer – $750 – 12 hours per month, best for solo agents. Max 3 hours per week.
• Pro Retainer – $1,500 – 24 hours per month, designed for growing agents. Max 6 hours per week.

Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate for projects that exceed the maximum weekly hours.

Pay at Closing

We’ll create social media content upfront, and you only pay once the property sells. 

This option can include:

• Listing Photography
• 360 Tours
• Social-ready video clips
